VerifiClean provides HVAC duct cleaning, indoor air quality testing, and related services in New Mexico. By scheduling or receiving services from VerifiClean, you agree to these terms.
All services are provided pursuant to a written service agreement signed before work begins. The service agreement specifies the scope of work, pricing, and any warranties or guarantees applicable to the specific service.
VerifiClean offers a 90-day satisfaction guarantee on residential duct cleaning services. If InstaScope™ testing within 90 days of service shows that air quality has returned to pre-cleaning levels due to our workmanship, we will re-clean at no charge. This guarantee does not cover new contamination events (wildfire smoke, water damage, etc.) that occur after service completion.
VerifiClean's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for consequential, incidental, or punitive damages.
VerifiClean documents pre-existing duct system conditions using ductoscope video before any cleaning work begins. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, deterioration, or defects in the duct system that are documented in our pre-cleaning inspection.
