Our VD-FID ductoscope camera travels every accessible duct run, recording HD video of interior conditions. We document debris accumulation, moisture damage, biofilm colonies, structural issues, and any previous cleaning damage. You receive a timestamped video file before we begin any cleaning work.
Before any cleaning begins, we run a full InstaScope™ air quality assessment. This establishes your baseline — the actual contamination levels in your air right now. Results are displayed in real time on a tablet you can watch. The data is timestamped and becomes part of your permanent record.
The RamAir system uses a patented low-pressure agitation and extraction process that operates at ≤1 IWC — within the manufacturer's pressure tolerance for flex ducting. Debris is mechanically agitated, suspended, and extracted without collapsing ducts, separating wire helix, or creating new entry points for moisture and mold.
Standard white-light inspection cannot detect biofilm. Our VD-FID ductoscope uses dual-wavelength UV (365nm and 405nm) to cause biofilm to fluoresce — revealing colonies invisible under white light. EPA-registered hospital-grade antimicrobials are then applied with mechanical agitation to penetrate and eliminate the biofilm matrix.
After cleaning, we run a second InstaScope™ test and a second ductoscope video inspection. You receive a side-by-side before/after comparison showing exactly what changed. A written Certificate of Completion is issued, suitable for insurance claims, real estate transactions, litigation, or personal records.
